We needed someone to find us the perfect house- and David did the job. He listened carefully to all of our needs and found the perfect neighbourhood ( as well he should, given that he wrote the book called 'Toronto Neighbourhoods'). Since he knows all about house values, schools, parks, stores, traffic patterns,..., we now live in the house that we want to see our kids grow up in - and our friends think we got a good deal, too. David took the time to get to know us, and it paid off. The fact that he could also handle our other relocation needs (temporary accommodations, school contracts, recommendations for everything from doctors, lawyers, contractors, to restaurants and tennis clubs) was an added bonus.
